On July 25, 2024, Ms. Margarita Alwalidi held the defense of her dissertation entitled "Development of the Annual Spectral Matrix Simulation Method and Assessment of the Effect of Spectral Discretization on Annual Lighting Energy Demand". The examination committee consisted of the chairman Prof. Dr. rer. nat. Oliver Kornadt (RPTU), first examiner Prof. Dr.-Ing. Sabine Hoffmann (RPTU) and Prof. Dr. Caroline Karmann (KIT) as second examiner. Ms. Margarita Alwalidi defended her dissertation with distinction.
