Real Estate Studies are one of the core areas in the Real Estate and Facilities – Management and Technology program at RPTU. Integrated into the Department of Civil Engineering, we take the opportunities for research combining business management and technology.

Teaching contents include real estate management, real estate finance, investment and valuation as well as real estate development and due diligence.

Professor Kurzrock is head of the "Real Estate and Facilities – Management and Technology" program (B.Sc., M.Sc.) at RPTU. He is the President and Member of the Board of the European Real Estate Society (ERES). The 27th Annual Conference 2021 of ERES took place at RPTU (at that time: TUK) from June 2 through June 5, 2021.
