Unit of Real Estate Studies

Real Estate Studies are one of the core areas in the Real Estate and Facilities – Management and Technology program at RPTU. Integrated into the Department of Civil Engineering, we take the opportunities for research combining business management and technology. The focus is on digital real estate management with machine learning and the development and operation of sustainable neighbourhoods and buildings. We cooperate with interdisciplinary research and practice partners.

Teaching contents include real estate management, real estate finance, investment and valuation as well as real estate development and due diligence.
