Ticket (pre)sale
This year there will again be a box office with at least 300 tickets. The rest will be sold in advance at the promo stand. This will take place on Tue 22.10. from 11:00 to 15:00 in the Amphitheater. The ticket price this year is €15, which includes €8 free.
Box office
From 21:00 there will be a box office in the entrance area. Please remember to wear warm clothes so that you don't freeze if there is a queue. As usual, there will be a checkroom inside where you can leave your jackets and similar items for the duration of the party.
Helpers
At the moment we are still looking for helping hands in the entrance area and to strengthen the checkroom team. You can sign up on the wall in front of the AStA in building 46.
Band & DJ
This year there will again be a divided foyer with the usual dancefloors with the DJ in the front area and the band in the back foyer.
House rules

1 Scope of application
1.1 These house rules apply on the event grounds of all events of the General Student Committee (AStA) ("organizer"). Upon receipt of the admission ticket/entry wristband (proof of admission), the visitor recognizes these house rules as binding.
2. domiciliary rights
2.1 The Organizer has sole domiciliary rights. During the event, domiciliary rights are exercised by the operator and/or the security service commissioned by the operator.
3. access of visitors to an event
3.1 Access to an event shall only be granted on presentation of a valid admission ticket or a valid admission wristband. Every visitor must carry their proof of admission with them during their visit to the event, present it at the request of the organizer's or operator's staff and, if necessary, hand it over for inspection.
3.2 Visitors who are found on the event site without valid proof of admission may be excluded from the event.
3.3 Upon entry to the event site, a security check will be carried out by the security and public order service (SOD) on site. The security service is instructed to carry out a body and bag search of visitors. Visitors agree to this.
3.4 The organizer reserves the right to refuse admission to the event site to a visitor for good cause. Good cause includes, but is not limited to, the carrying of prohibited items in accordance with section 4, an obvious heavily intoxicated state of the visitor, if the visitor is obviously under the influence of drugs or has an obviously homophobic, sexist, racist or inhuman attitude. Admission will also be refused if the protection of minors is violated. If there is an above-mentioned important reason for refusing admission, the admission ticket loses its validity and the admission price will not be refunded.
4 Prohibited items
4.1 The following are prohibited on the entire event site
- Glass containers of any kind (except medicine containers),
- Camel bags, canisters, plastic bottles, PET bottles, drinking horns, cans,
- own drinks and food, - animals/pets (except assistance animals),
- weapons of all kinds (also in the technical sense), CS gas, pepper spray,
- flagpoles, sticks, so-called selfie sticks,
- pyrotechnic objects, flares, sparklers, sky lanterns,
- spray cans (including hairspray, deodorant, etc.),
- vuvuzelas, megaphones, sirens,
- Hard packaging, cooler bags, other heavy containers, photo, film and video cameras or other recording devices which, due to their equipment, type and size, are obviously not for private use only, unless prior written permission has been obtained,
- cannabis,
- all other objects that could significantly endanger safety and order,
- as well as dangerous objects of any kind.
4.2 The organizer is entitled to temporarily store and take possession of prohibited items.
5. behavioral rain; photography and filming
5.1 All persons entering the event site must behave in such a way that no one else is harmed, endangered or - more than is unavoidable under the circumstances - hindered or inconvenienced.
5.2 All persons entering the event site must follow the instructions of the organizer, the event manager, the security and stewarding service, the police, the fire department and the rescue and medical service. Anyone who intentionally or negligently fails to follow these instructions may be expelled from the premises by the security and stewarding service or the police.
5.3 All entrances and exits as well as emergency, escape and rescue routes must be kept clear. Further requirements may be issued on a case-by-case basis to prevent or eliminate danger to life, health or property. The instructions of the security and public order service or the police issued for this purpose must be complied with.
5.4 Unnecessary noise must be avoided in the waiting areas in front of the ticket offices and the actual entrance. It is not permitted to push, shove or in any other way hinder the smooth processing of those waiting.
5.5 During the event, waste must be disposed of in the garbage cans and containers provided for this purpose.
5.6 Visitors are prohibited from bringing prohibited items onto the event site:
- carry prohibited items (Section 5),
- to use physical violence against other visitors, the organizer's staff or other third parties,
- throw objects,
- urinate or defecate outside the designated toilets,
- to stick, paint, spray or soil structural installations, walls, objects, etc,
- to engage in commercial activities, marketing campaigns or advertising measures without the prior written consent of the organizer. Advertising measures of any kind, i.e. advertising a product, a service, an ideology or religion, a company or a brand, the distribution or presentation of political or religious content in any form (e.g. on flyers, banners, signs, etc.) and the display of decorations and other objects are strictly prohibited on the entire event site.
- Entering areas and rooms that are not open to visitors and climbing on construction fences, stages, tents, trusses or similar.
5.7 Photography for private use with 35 mm cameras and cell phones is permitted. The personal rights of third parties must be respected at all times. The making of film or sound recordings of any kind and their publication online or offline without the permission of the organizer is prohibited.
6 Enforcement of the house rules
6.1 Visitors who violate or have violated the above rules of conduct or rules of conduct pursuant to Sections 3.4, 4 and 5.6, 6.1. may be expelled from the event grounds and banned from the premises by the organizer. If a visitor commits a criminal offense on the event grounds (e.g. drug dealing, assault, theft, sexual assault, etc.), the visitor will be expelled from the event grounds immediately and without warning and the matter will be reported to the police.
6.2 If there is one of the aforementioned important reasons and the organizer expels the visitor from the event venue, the proof of admission loses its validity and the admission price will not be refunded.
6.3 The organizer's right to demand compensation from the visitor remains unaffected.
7 Disclaimer
7.1 Visitors enter the event site at their own risk. The organizer is not liable for personal injury or damage to property caused by third parties.
General Terms and Conditions for Foyer Parties

1. organizer
1.1 The organizer is the AStA of the TU Kaiserslautern, Gottlieb-Daimler-Straße 46, 67663 Kaiserslautern, Tel: 0631 205-2016 represented by the chair.
2 Validity of the GTC
2.1 The event will take place in Foyer 46 of the RPTU Kaiserslautern-Landau University of Technology in Kaiserslautern (Rhineland-Palatinate) and the designated outdoor area. The event site includes all areas to which access is only granted with valid proof of admission. These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to the entire event site.
2.2 These GTC apply between the holder of the admission ticket ("visitor") and the AStA of the TU Kaiserslautern ("organizer"). By receiving the admission ticket, the Visitor concludes an event contract with the Organizer and acquires the right to attend the event.
2.3 Every visitor recognizes the rights and obligations in these GTC and the house rules.
3. prohibition of resale; contractual penalty
3.1 The organizer generally agrees to the transfer of the right to attend the event to a third party, unless
3.1.1. the third party is banned from the premises
3.1.2. the visiting right is offered at a higher price than the nominal price of the admission ticket or is a commercial or business resale
3.1.3. the transfer is directly or indirectly related to advertising measures, bonuses or competitions
3.2 Any visitor who passes on proof of admission in breach of the above conditions of consent shall pay the organizer an appropriate contractual penalty of € 2,500 for each proof of admission offered in breach of contract. In the event of a breach of the above prohibition, the organizer is entitled to withdraw the right to visit or to confiscate the proof of admission.
4 Admission; admission control
4.1 Admission to the event site is only possible with valid proof of admission. There is NO RE-ENTRY. Visitors who leave the event grounds will only be granted re-entry if they purchase a new admission ticket.

6.9 Visitors who violate or have violated the above rules of conduct or rules of conduct pursuant to Sections 4.3, 5 and 6.7, 6.8 may be expelled from the event premises by the organizer and banned from the premises. If a visitor commits a criminal offense at the event (e.g. drug dealing, assault, theft, sexual assault, etc.), the visitor will be expelled from the event grounds immediately and without warning and the matter will be reported to the police.
6.10. If there is one of the aforementioned important reasons and the organizer expels the visitor from the event venue, the proof of admission loses its validity and the admission price will not be refunded. Anyone who culpably violates these GTC shall be liable to compensate the organizer for any resulting damages.
7 Cancellation of the event
7.1 The event will be held in all weather conditions, however, should the weather conditions pose a risk to life, limb or health for visitors, artists Internet, on audio or video media as well as for the promotion of events of the AStA, for sponsorship acquisition and for all other business activities of the organizer and its affiliated companies. All rights may also be transferred to third parties for the above purposes.
12 Applicable law; miscellaneous
12.1 In the event that provisions of these GTC are or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
12.2 This contract shall be governed exclusively by German law.
12.3 The exclusive place of jurisdiction is Kaiserslautern, provided that you are a registered trader or a legal entity under public law.
12.4 The organizer reserves the right to change the GTC at any time.
