The AK conducts the VLU (= lecture survey), which takes place in June in even-numbered years and in January in odd-numbered years. Based on the VLU evaluation, the Student Council Teaching Prize has been awarded at every annual academic celebration since 2009. Since 2013, in addition to the teaching prize for lecturers, there has also been one for the best lecturer. In 2013, the assessment procedure for the teaching award was also converted into a special points system. Since SS 2014, there has been a Wall of Fame in the corridor to the student council room, where all teaching award winners are immortalized.

In the event of problems in teaching, the AK represents the interests of the students and tries to find solutions together with those involved in order to continuously improve teaching. The working group is also heavily involved in the first years of the Bachelor's/Master's system and works with students to optimize studyability.

Furthermore, we are also present on Facebook (homepage, profile) and organize your respective semester groups.

Takes care of the poster design for all events (BiSon, parties, VV, ...). The AK designed our new student council logo and the T-shirt. The AK is also responsible for the pinboard in the entrance area of building 14. The AK members are out and about at our events to take photos and put them up on the photo pinboard in the student council room. The AK has supported the AK Studium & Lehre in the design of the "Wall of Fame".

We are available to the student body in crisis situations as Mental Health First Aid first aiders. As such, we have completed appropriate further training. If you need advice/counseling, please do not hesitate to contact us. You can find more information here.

We want to make it easier for the department's first semester students to start their studies and are therefore planning various activities in the first few weeks of the semester, such as a welcome and information breakfast, a campus rally, a pub crawl, an excursion to a construction site and much more. These events serve as an initial orientation at RPTU and in Kaiserslautern and enable contact with the student council as a point of contact throughout the entire degree program in a fun and relaxed atmosphere.

The working group takes care of the rental of student council inventory, such as beer bench sets, waffle irons or the pavilion.

A small fee and a deposit is required from the borrower when borrowing, whereby the deposit is refunded if the equipment is returned undamaged. Student councils only pay the deposit.
