MHFA Consulting of the Civil Engineering Student Council
Exam stress? Fear of failure? Depression? Burnout? Social problems? War? Corona?
These and other factors can have a negative impact on your personality and really bring you down. This is where we MHFA first aiders from the Mental Health First Aid working group (MHFA) come in.
We are here to support you in difficult times. As MHFA first aiders, we understand how important it is to offer support with mental health issues. Our main aim is to support the student body, including you in our community, and make sure you don't feel alone.
What we do:
Our dedicated team of MHFA first responders are trained to assess acute situations and support students, like you, in your need for emotional support. We will listen to you carefully, provide a confidential environment for discussion and give you advice on how to deal with stressful situations.
When should you contact us?
- If you are feeling stressed or overwhelmed.
- If you need emotional support.
- If you are worried about a fellow student.
Our approach:
Our role is to be a first point of contact for students and to assess how acute the situation is. We are on hand with advice and support and are also happy to help you find professional services that can help.
Your well-being is important to us. Get in touch with us:
Simply fill out the contact form below and we'll get back to you as soon as possible. Your health and well-being are important to us, and we are here to help you.
The topics and issues we discuss with you will be treated confidentially for your safety and ours. The contact form goes exclusively to the MHFA first aiders. If this is not enough for you, you will find an anonymous contact form under the normal contact form. Please note, however, that we need a way to get back to you and therefore require either a telephone number or e-mail address. It is also possible to drop by the student council and ask for the MHFA first aiders. We will be happy to take time for you.
