Open access publication on the CoMoS sensor station awarded

The scientific and student assistants Mathias Kimmling and Konrad Lauenroth, headed by Prof. Dr.-Ing. Sabine Hoffmann the sensor station CoMoS (engl. Comfort Monitoring Station) developed.

It has sensors for air temperature, air humidity, air speed and radiation temperature and, thanks to its favorable design, can be used across the board at all workplaces in the Living Lab smart office space to record the thermal conditions.

The underlying program code as well as all information about production and calibration were published open access as a replication manual. The so-called "Instructable" was awarded "outstanding" ("featured") by the website editors and additionally awarded second place by a jury in the First Author Contest:
