Das Fachgebiet Immobilienökonomie war auf der 25. ERES Konferenz in Reading (UK) mit Prof. Kurzrock, Mario Bodenbender, Philipp Müller und Ann-Christin Sreball vertreten. Das 25-jährige Jubiläum von ERES und dem Real Estate Department an der Henley Business School wurde mit 400 Teilnehmern begangen. Müller und Sreball präsentierten in der Doctoral Session und der Poster Session zu den Themen 'Automation of technical due diligence with AI in real estate' und 'Cooperation between property developers and municipalities in the context of urban development'. Der Beitrag Bodenbender/Kurzrock zum Thema 'Towards the broad application of machine learning for document classification and data migration in real estate' fand großen Anklang im Themenblock 'New Technology and Data'. Prof. Kurzrock war außerdem Diskutant auf dem Panel 'Navigating the Future of Real Estate Education in Europe'.
